You mean there is nothing newer shown than this revision in 2009? I
assume there really _are_ newer revisions that you can see in the repo
browser but not from the WC.

Two thoughts:
Check the URL of the WC to make sure it is not inadvertently switched
to a branch or tag which has not changed since 2009.
Try clearing the log cache in case something has got messed up there.
