Subversion Log Issue

From: Silverman, Joshua H (IS) <Josh.Silverman_at_ngc.com>

In attempting to perform a "Show log" operation on my working copy
files, the log date range is arbitrarily cut off at a date in 2009 and I
cannot edit the date range to change the end date to the current day.
Consequently the log information about the revisions is incorrect. The
files in the working copy all show the current timestamps and the
repo-browser works perfectly - it's only the log that has distorted
dates. Has anyone else run across this issue? If so, is there any way
to fix it?
