Bug in Repo-Browser: cannot delete two directories that each contains a space in name

I was trying to delete two directories in the repo-browser; both had a
space in their name.

I was unable to do so. Curiously in the error message the name of the
directory was displyed as %2520 instead of as %20 (so perhaps the name
is encoded two times).

To delete both directories I had to delete them one after another.
That way it worked.

(TortoiseSVN is 1.6.10; there were no other directory or file in the
directory where those 2 directories were.)
