Missing Right-click (context) menu options

I just got the latest version of TortoiseSVN: 1.6.10.19898

I tried both 32bit and 64bit versions. I am running Windows 7 Ultimate 64.
I have been using TortoiseSVN for at least 4 years and this has never
happened to me before. After running the installer, I ran it again and used
the 'repair' option and still got nothing. I am unable to update or commit
any files and I am the leader of a serious game project! Please help! L
