As others mentioned, it is most probablz TSVN triggering
a bug in some driver or system software.
The blue screen should give some hints where and what happened.
Decoding blue screens can be hard, there is information on the
web (use google...) to help you (also Windows has a "Send report
to Microsoft" function, which at the end shows a web page which
sometimes has useful hints).
Otherwise this issue is most probably not related to TSVN and
therefore off topic for this mail list.
(if it does not happen again, you can simply forget about it,
it's not worth the trouble)
