1.6.9 MSI Repair installation - bug report

I ran TortoiseSVN-1.6.9.19725-win32-svn-1.6.12.msi to repair lost icons, having previously upgraded to 1.6.9 and rebooted.

About 90% through the Repair progress, during "Publishing product information", it failed with this message:
"A network error occurred while attempting to read from the file:
C:\TempWork\TortoiseSVN-1.6.9.19725-win32-svn-1.6.12[1].msi"

I tried renaming the MSI file with "[1]" and then it worked fine.
