SVNControl issues and enhancements

Hi All,

I have installed SVNControl (Server on UNIX and client on windows)and
planning to implement path based access control in SVN by using this tool. I
have following questions related to this tool :

1. I am able to login SVNControl as admin user and added myself from Active
Directory. Trying to login by my username and AD password fails. It says
that "Invalid user/password combination!". I am using port-1080 in ssl mode.
   Please let me know how to resolve this.
2. How to disable <Delete> and <Rename> option for the repository? I want to
deactivate both repository option.
3. Currently adding LDAP user involves searching users from directory and
then adding users one by one. Is there some way to “import” LDAP users in
bulk to SVNControl?

Kindly provide your thoughts. Thanks in advance.
