Issue with Copy & Rename

This is a small UI issue but I think may be helpful to some users.

Steps:
1) A file exists in a WC, already versioned, named "Request 1234.doc"
2) Right-drag a file from another directory in the WC into the
directory where Request 1234.doc exists, select "SVN Copy and rename
versioned file here"
3) Enter "Request 1234.doc" as the new name and click OK.

What happens:
The "Copy and rename" dialog reappears with the original name

What should happen:
A message to the user indicating that a file by that name already
exists, and a new name must be chosen
OR
Ask the user if they want to replace the existing file with the new
one (perhaps less desirable, as data loss in the WC could occur).
