Patch does not include "svn copied" files

Try this:

1. Navigate to an SVN repo checked out on your hard drive
2. Right-drag a versioned file to a blank area of the folder -- choose
"svn copy and rename versioned file here"
3. Name the new file "newfile".
4. Note that "newfile" appears as an "added" file (blue plus icon)
5. Create a patch for the directory

The patch file is empty, when I expected it to have "newfile" in it.

Chris
