Bug with renaming files in a repository and diff with previous version

When you rename a file in a Subversion repository using Tortois SVN, it no
longer will all you to diff the file with the previous version.

When you try to diff the file you get a pop up error message like this:

Unable to find respository location for
"<File name>" in revision <previous revision number>
