Possible bug regarding spaces in unc paths in 1.6.8

I'm using 1.6.8 build 19260 win32 on WinXP.

I'm sure I must be doing something wrong, but in a simple test, using a space in the unc path to the repository fails on checkout with:

Error Unable to open an ra_local session to URL
Error Unable to open repository 'file://be-s0420-ms2/svn%20test/Cudos/trunk'

If I change the share name to 'svntest' the checkout works fine. I see the same problem in my real environment, and I can't change the share name in that case.

I can't see that anyone else has reported this. Does anyone else see this behaviour or is it just me?

I've just downloaded the nightly build to see if it persists, but it's not in the change log, so I don't think it's going to fix it.
