Autocomplete in commit dialog

Hi,

When adding a comment in the commit dialog Tortoise autocompletes based
on the content in your repository. However, to accept an autocomplete
all you need to do is press enter, so I often find that it's
autocompleted something at the end of a line and I press enter to go
onto the next line but I accept the autocompletion instead.

My suggested fixes are either:
  * Require the user to press the down arrow to select an autocompletion
(my preferred option, but disliked by some).
  * Put the first item in the autocomplete straight into the commit
dialog, but highlighted so typing another character replaces the
selection (must be fast though).
