Minor reintegrate merge issues

Hi,

I've just found a couple of minor issues with the Reintegrate option of the
merge process.

1. There does not appear to be any visual difference between a Test and
Actual reintegrate merge. For a normal merge, "Test Only" appears in the
title bar, but this does not appear for the reintegrate.

2. For a test reintegrate, there only one "Completed" line appears. For a
final run, three "Completed" lines appear (all for the same path). Is this
intentional?
