No SVN shell extensions in windows 7

Sorry for the topic that has been discussed before, but to which I
could not find
a working answer. It is the right clicking on a folder/desktop and
obtaining the SVN shell menu. I just tried the nightly build from 23rd
of May, but to no avail. My machine is an IBM X61, and with Windows 7
Professional.

Any tips on debgging this problem would be great.

Thanks Ian

P.s. I have used TSVN on other computers with no problem including a
64 bit TSVN.
