Win7 ULT 64bit timeout for http

Hi,

I have faced the problem of "tortoiseSVN timeout", when I do checkout from http repository, but the same works flawlessly if I do checkout from https or svn repo,

Is there any setting I need to do for the same?
Having client 1.6.8x
