Strange client behavior on commit: checkboxes are disabled, wait cursor (hourglass) appears

Hi, all!

I have this strange problem when opening committing window: checkboxes
"Show unversioned files", "Select / deselect all", "Show externals
from different repositories" remain disabled after some time. When I
move cursor over files list it changes to wait (hourglass) cursor
type, but when I try to scroll with this cursor - scrolling works.

Also, colorization of files states (modified, added, etc) does not
work.

Meanwhile, I still can perform small commits with full functionality.
So, it depends on files count. I've tried:

1) make checkout in separate order and then export there files from
folder with changes,
2) cleanup
3) turn off antiviral protection

What could it be and how I can avoid this?
