Error: The requested operation cannot be performed on a file with a user-mapped

I get error when trying to Import new project:

Can't open file 'D:\Repositories\projects\db\transactions\24-v.txn
\next-ids':
The requested operation cannot be performed on a file with a user-
mapped
section open.

(Existing projects on the same Repositories are working fine)

Any idea?
