Switch dialog is not opening repo browser

When clicking on the "..." button in the "Switch To Branch/Tag"-dialog, the repo browser is not opened. Instead, it gives me the standard WinXP "Browse for folder" dialog. This usually means that the URL is the wrong format (at least that is what I have seen in previous releases).
I am am running TortoiseSVN 1.6.8, Build 19260 and using the file:// protocol. I have not noticed this behaviour before release 1.6.8.
