I believe this is a Bug

Hi,

I recently updated Tortoise on my system to version 1.6.8 and then restarted my system.
It stopped showing the tortoise icons on files of my system so it was not easy for me to understand which files were modified and which were new ones added or other changes made. I know there are other ways to track changes but the icon display is the best and easiest way to track changes. I just want to help you guys check for the bug.
