ok.. here's what I tried over the weekend. All of which have failed. I performed a client and server reboot after each action listed below.

1) Set LimitRequestBody to 0 in the server side httpd.conf file. 0 signifies unlimited according to the online Subversion manual.

2) Added http-library=serf to the [global] section of the client side server file.

After 1) I saw no change, the 2GB file and 5GB both failed in the same manner.

After 2) the change I noticed was that NOTHING uploaded to the VisualSVN Server. I did some research on the VisualSVN Server site and apparently the ONLY protocol they support is http or https. serf and svn are not supported.

I guess this means that due to a bug on the client side with neon that I have to use the serf or svn protocol. But since the server side solution I am using doesn't support the serf or svn protocol I am SOL.

:(

Does that seem to sum it up?

Thanks for all the help! Any new suggestions would be greatly aprpeciated.
