SVN - Changes Aren't Being Marked With Change Icon

Folks,

This morning I upgraded to:

TortoiseSVN 1.6.8, Build 19260 - 32 Bit , 2010/04/16 20:20:11
Subversion 1.6.11,
apr 1.3.8
apr-utils 1.3.9
neon 0.29.3
OpenSSL 0.9.8k 25 Mar 2009
zlib 1.2.3

Now the files I change no longer have an icon change so I cannot tell that
they are different from the files in the respository.

Is this a known issue?
