Progress bar not working in save revision

Windows XP SP3
TSVN 1.6.7 build 18415 32 bit

In Explorer in a WC:
 - right click a versioned file, select TSVN/Show log
 - in the Log Messages, right click a revision of the file and select Save revision to...
 - in file dialog select a destination

Result:
In the dialog showing the copy progress, the progress bar never moves away from value 0%.
The rest of the dialog is OK:
 - animation
 - transfered bytes count
 - transfer speed
