hung with /closeonend:1

Hello,

We are using TortoiseProc with /closeonend:1 parameter. Sometimes (not every
time!) tortoiseproc hung and never ends. Only chance is to kill the process.
Without that switch everything works as intended.

Here is whole argument list:

"/command:commit /path:\"" + pm.Path + "\" /logmsg:\"" + pm.Message + "\"
/notempfile /closeonend:1 "
