An alternative to ".svn" for storing metadata: ADS

Hello,

I would suggest using NTFS ADS (Alternative Data Streams) to store SVN metadata, as an optional alternative to the ".svn" folders.

Please excuse me, if you have already considered this approach. I have not evaluated all the cons and pros, so it is just an idea.
