Thanks for your hints, but I'm afraid that they didn't solve my problem.
I already uninstalled my virus scanner and killed about every
process that is not necessary. No improvement!
Now I think about reinstalling my system, because it might be the fastest
solution to get rid of this annoying delay.

But thank you for helping anyway.
