A website wants to open web content using this program on your computer...

Hi, When I attempt to upload a file using Internet Exlorer such as
attach a file to a gmail email I recieve a message box.

The details of this box are:

Internet Explorer Security, A website wants to open web content using
this program on your computer. Name Tortoise SVN. Publisher Stefan
Keung. Details ...\TSVNCache.exe.

Even if I tick the box "Do not show me the warning for this program
again" and then allow the action I still get prompted.

This is very annoying as everytime when I change folders to navigate
to the required file to attach I receive this dialog box.

These files & folders are not part of the SVN, ie SVN is not active
for those.

Any suggestions?
