Working copies on network shares only work right if the network stack
is working properly. Until now, I haven't seen one that fully supports
everything that's necessary besides the original windows one.
Samba, netware, ... all don't work right, and I assume here that your
citrix one doesn't either.

Keep the working copies on the local harddrive to avoid such problems.
