Bug report: French translation (bad term)

Hello,

I would like to report a mistake in the French translation of Tortoise SVN.

Among the contextual menu commands inside the "Show log" window, there are
two commands:
- "Blame changes" and
- "Blame…"

In the French translation, these commands are translated respectively by:
- "Condamner les modifications" and
- "Bannir…".

These translations are very bad!
A person willing to translate them back to English (without knowledge of the
context) woud tend to translate them as something like "Sentence the
modifications" and "Banish…".

I strongly suggest to replace these French translations by something like:
"Responsabilité des modifications" and
"Trouver le responsable…".

Maybe applicable elsewhere if the word "blame" is used elsewhere in Tortoise
SVN.

This mistake is probably a very long lasting one, as I have used Tortoise
SVN for about three years and I always saw it, with the strange feeling that
it still gives to me.

Best regards,

Gilles
