unexpected corrupted repository

I had a problem with tortoise/svn : it seems svn is confused, when i commit some changes, the revision number and comment that appear in "show log" are some ancient already existing. here for example : merge a lot of revisions ( 89-149 ) from "preview ergo" into "ergo model", commit, modify some file, commit, the revision number should be 189 (or 188 cant remember), and "show log" give 49, 34 or something else, with a different comment than entered.

I use to work locally with "file" mode (no http)

hope the joined repository will help you to identify the origin of those corrupted data.
