Problem in access the SVN from tortoise Client

Hello,

This is Shiva, I installed Tortoise SVN client machine in my laptop it
installed successfully.
I couldn't find the repo browser or any option to access my svn.
Can i know what should i do.
It is Windows Vista(32 bit).
Please let me know.
