Unable to use Tortoise SVN on Windows 7 32 bit

Hello team,

I am using Windows 7 64 bit. I downloaded latest version and installed. But
I am unable to see any options on right click.

At the same time I downloaded and installed on my home laptop which is
Windows XP and its working fine. I mean I can easily do
checkin and checkout.

Please advise.
