How to determine what computer a file was locked on?

From: tex <techphets_at_gmail.com>

If I lock a file on one computer I am unable to unlock it on a
different one, even when using the same account name. Is there a way
to determine what computer was initially used to lock the file? In
the repo browser all I see is the username of the user who locked it,
not the computer they used.
