Without knowing how exactly this looks (screenshot maybe?), I can only
guess. But it if happens only on the first line and not on others too,
then I have no idea.
If however it happens on other revisions too, then it might be the
marking for 'self copied', i.e. in that revision, the path for which you
show the log was itself copied (has a copy-from path).
