bug+patch: TortoisePlink 0.60 and Default Settings

Recent TortoisePlink distributed by TSVN have the following bug: a
host name specified on Default Settings is used in addition to the
host specified at the command line, causing confusing connection errors:

http://www.chiark.greenend.org.uk/~sgtatham/putty/wishlist/plink-hostname.html

It is already fixed for the development version:

http://svn.tartarus.org/sgt?view=rev&revision=8651

That change applies successfully to winplink.c from putty-src.zip
0.60. It would be nice if it could be applied to TortoisePlink, until
the next stable release is available.
