Moving repository (created by TSVN) to Linux server

We have a subversion repo created by Tortoise SVN that we need to move
to apache svn.

I have installed subversion to get svnadmin but when i run svnadmin
dump I get the following error:

svnadmin: Expected FS format between '1' and '3': found format '4'

What do I have to do to get this thing dumped?
