My apologies Simon for being so thick headed on this subject.......yes
I am convinced now that it is a server issue. Last evening I deleted
my client as a user on the server and re-entered it and established
permissions once more and I was at least able to check out files but
still unable to commit. I will check with users in the server mailing
list. Thanks for responding.
