issue/bug tracker recommendations - tortoise svn

Can someone recommend an issue/bug tracker that will integrate simply with
tortoise-svn and has a web interface please?

I have read through the wiki comparisons on the issue/defect trackers, and
also searched through the forum emails but do not really see
recommendations, mostly there is information about plug-ins; but I have no
idea which ones would work the best with tortoise-svn.

I am looking for something that works without a lot of setup; I can dedicate
a separate machine if that is necessary, and even run and instance of an OS
in VmWare if I need to run a server. I have very limited knowledge of
servers.

So I thought I would ask for advice for any recommendations or a path to
follow. Thanks in advance.
