Ok, there is a workaround for this - i have to remove all files from
version control (revert add), and when I create the patch now, all new
files are in the patch file. Then I can re-add my new files again. So
I will wait for a svn bugfix or svn-1.7. Hopefully this will not take
so long, because creating incomplete patches is a critical thing.
