Careful. The repository is moving from a Windows environment to a
Linux one and I don't think they have cross platform readability. The
safest option would be to use a dump/load cycle. Use the Windows
svnadmin to dump the existing repo and use the Ubuntu svnadmin to
reload into a new Linux repo.
