Ignore List Bug

I right clicked on a newly created directory within my repository and selected TortoiseSVN\Add to Ignore List and chose the directory name when prompted. The application returned that it had added the file pattern to the ignore list. In this case, the directory was called Outpatient - v3.0. The folder never showed the icon signifying it was ignored by SVN, though. I tried to commit the repository and this folder does still show up as unversioned. I had expected it to show an icon showing that the folder was ignored and not show up when committing the repository.
This issue first occurred after upgrading from version 1.6.6.17493 to version 1.6.7.18415 (64 bit).
