What's the TortoiseProc.exe commandline to perform a "Compare with base"

The Commit dialog includes the "Compare with base" context menu entry.

I would like to know the commandline for TortoiseProc.exe to get the same result.

I tried various /startrev /endrev combinations with /command:diff, but nothing looked the same as Compare with base.

Any idea what commandline I've to use?
