TortoiseProc /command:diff

Hello,

We would like to compare a file of a working copy with the Head revision of the file in the repository. We tried the following command:

TortoiseProc.exe /command:diff /path:”https://Testserver/svn/TestRepository/trunk/readme.txt%e2%80%9d /path2:”C:\workingcopy\TestRepository\trunk\readme.txt”

The Diff Viewer opens but it only displays the file of the working copy, the file of the Repository is missing. Is it possible to compare both files?
