I change to revision as when I used version it was seemingly not
understood, but clearly it was my original intention.
When I tried to post to svn users I got this message
"We are sorry, but email posting to this discussion is not allowed."
SO I email the tortoisesvn users thinking, but obviously not enough that some one there would understand the question.
Seems the format file has some possibility of having the answer I needed, so no need for you to stress you mind further, it was my error as I forgot svn is now on apache. my bad. no worries some folks in these groups like to harp on the little things rather really help much, I try to avoid them but alas it is not often possible.
