Oh, you mean the version of the svn library the repository server uses?
There's no way to get that information. However if the repository is
served via apache, depending on how the server is set up that version
info is shown on the html page if you browse the repo with a webbrowser.

The reason that information is not available is simple: you don't want
to give hackers more information that necessary.
