* The "check for modifications" dialog shows the head revision of the
repository if you click on the "check repository" button.
* The log dialog also shows the head revision: the topmost revision is
the head revision.
* the repo browser shows the head revision in the tooltip of the "HEAD"
button

But I'm guessing you don't want the head revision but the revision your
working copy to include it in your code or version info. In that case,
use SubWCRev which is installed with TSVN.
