Windows 7 right click no context menu inside folder

TSVN works fine for me under Win7/32. The only thing I miss is being able to right click in an empty space inside a versioned folder to get the update/commit context menus. Right click on a file/folder itself works fine. Anyone know how to get this to show up?
At the moment you need to go up one level and then do it on the child folder.
