Arguments for pre-revprop-change script

Please take order with arguments for that script. For now if protocol svn:// is used then script takes 4 arguments while with file:/// there are 5 arguments with author in 3rd place. It's hard to analyze 4th and 5th ones if they may be shifted. It's better to send 5 arguments in svn:// case too - author let just be empty.
