Can't see Repository Browser

Hi Tortoise List,

I've been using Tortoise for a couple of years now and I really like it. Occasionally it acts up a little bit though. I am using Windows XP and I have two monitors. When I try to open the repository browser I see the edge of it on my secondary monitor, but none on my primary. I am unable to move the browser or resize it. All I can do is click the edge of the "x" close button that is available to me. I would love to know a quick fix that I could do for this, but even after upgrading this problem has continued this time. This occurs no matter how I open the browser.

Have you guys seen this before?
