issue installing TSVN 1.6.7 on Windows 7

Hi - I previously installed TSVN 1.6.6 and it has been working fine. I
downloaded 1.6.7 and tried to install it, and I get the message "This
installation package could not be opened. Contact the application vendor to
verify that this is a valid Windows Installer package."

Any ideas how to resolve this? Thanks.
