Yes, my problem has something to do with the temp files in the .svn
directory. I have two directories one passing and one failing and I can
"fix" the contents of the failing directory by copying the ".svn" directory
over.

I "think" its an issue in my "entries" file. I noticed that there happens to
be the word "incomplete" in the entry file, but I'm not sure if that's due
to the original problem or due to the permission denied.

I guess what would help is: what information from the "entries" file is used
during an SVN update?

and no...SVN Cleanup does not help.

I have "McAffee" for an anti-virus program so I don't "think" I'm hitting
the other issue.
